The Pindari Product range of surgical training models have been crafted by surgeons and engineers for use in the operating theatre. Our products are cruelty free and are anatomically and procedurally accurate synthetic organs. These lifelike models respond to suture, electro-cautery and stapling like human tissue.
We create a range of sized male and female and child torso trainers which can be used to simulate insufflation with cannulas and trocars and are reusable. We have a Roboset Trainer for basic robotic skills using and are available to customise and co-design products for specific procedures of robotic platforms.
IMRA and Pindari have a team of educators, scientists and surgical faculty focussed on the development a number of modular and full-length procedural simulation models that mimic tissue properties and simulate procedure specific scenarios (e.g., bleeding and urine leak) within an expanding range of surgical specialties. IMRA and Pindari aim to replace the use of cadavers and pigs in surgical training with simulation and synthetic tissue that is of such high fidelity that is beyond anything currently available on the market.
